Ingredients:
- 1 Jar Paesana Francese Gourmet Cooking Sauce
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 4 chicken (veal or fish) cutlets, pounded thin
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Lemon, sliced and sautéed (optional)
- Parsley (optional)
Directions

Dredge chicken (veal or fish) cutlets in flour.

Dip floured cutlets in egg wash

Sauté chicken cutlets in oiled pan until cooked through (8-10 minutes).

Drain juices from pan.

Pour entire jar of Paesana Francese Gourmet Cooking Sauce into pan and simmer (3-4 minutes).

Optional: Serve over cooked pasta or rice.
